UER is proud to be partnering with our sustainable landscaping contractor, AlmaVerde LLC, to install the Butterfly Commons at Lakelands.

AlmaVerde LLC creates, restores, and maintains gardens in an eco-friendly way. It serves homes and businesses in the Washington DC area. AlmaVerde partners with programs like RiverSmart Homes in Washington DC and Rainscapes in Montgomery Co (MD), implementing stormwater best management practices that contribute to the health of our natural resources and to the wellbeing of the people of our region.
